Modern business critically accentuates strategy enveloping its core business model and its components. PCR Group's business strategy is an aggregated model of our esteemed clients/principals. Our strategy is simple. It has to align with our customers' needs and support their marketing efforts in reaching their end consumers in the way the principal’s design and implement. We lay great emphasis on agile strategy to complement and supplement our customers' supply chain bandwidth. Customization of services to serve our principals' specific requirements especially from the buffer distribution centers all the way to their actual consumer points is central to our business strategy. We take pride in the fact that we have successfully served the whole/part of this gamut as per our customers' needs

HISTORY

PCR Group of companies was established on a humble note in the year 1979 in Andhra Pradesh by its founder Chairman Dr P C Rayulu to cater to rural warehousing requirements for fertilizers, other agro-inputs and agricultural produce at a time when government warehousing space was feeling stressed and also the compulsion for competitive alternatives was becoming obvious

 The group’s philosophy has always been to offer dedicated and honest service and pursue a steady growth path rather than score on rapid expansion.

 Our operations gradually started covering not only warehousing but also handling, transportation and C & F services in an effort to stretch the gamut of all in-field logistics services of our principal’s right up to the actual consumption points. Our own warehouses were constructed on par with the best scientific norms in various states across in India

 By mid-nineties, we were already operating a warehouse space of around 3,00,000 SFT and our logistics services were established in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan and by the turn of the Century we could add the states of Orissa and Maharashtra also to our operating territory and our esteemed client list expanded to cover both private and public sector industries

 The biggest milestone in our logistics journey was to secure the prestigious ISO 9001-2000 certification in the year 2002, one of the earliest in the private sector warehousing to achieve the distinction

Over the last decade, we have been gearing up for customers delight in terms of instant Information flow, reporting and allied online services
