CMD PROFILE

Dr P.C.Rayulu is the Founder-Chairman of the group. Coming from a humble agricultural family background and modest formal education, he is a wholly self-made person and entrepreneur.

 He assiduously worked for several years to acquire the ultimate qualification of a PhD in Food Processing and Socioeconomic Issues in India from Prescott University, UK, thus displaying his fierce motivation to acquire knowledge and apply it as a means for both personal and business development. The fact that he was awarded an Honorary doctorate in Business Management by The Open International University of Colombo, Sri Lanka is a remarkable further feather in his cap.

 Dr Rayulu has worked relentlessly to achieve many laurels in his professional life, like the honor of leading an urban cooperative bank as its Chairman, consistently heading the local Chamber of Commerce for a couple of decades and being nominated as a member of Railways (ZRUCC) for some years. He has the rare distinction of being recognized by the governments at the Central and State level and being assigned membership roles in various ministries and departments like Coal, Steel , Food Corporation of India, Public Distribution etc. He also served as a Chairman of the prestigious Food Processing Industries (South Zone) for two consecutive terms under Ministry of Food Processing, Government of India

 For more than 40 years, he meticulously moulded, carefully crafted and scrupulously sculpted the PCR group of companies. The guiding and underlying principle of the group has always been honesty, sincerity and dedicated service and not indiscriminate growth. He was instrumental in pursuing and achieving ISO Certification for the group, one of the earliest in private sector and rural warehousing industry in the country to achieve this eminence. Such is his keenness for quality in services being offered to principals. That so many companies and businesses have been continuously using PCR Group for their logistics requirements for very many years is eloquent testimony to his cultivating lasting business and personal relations and ensuring devoted services to the Principals.
